  1. General Questions

What is the status of my order? Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, well send another email with the expected delivery date and tracking link (if applicable). You can also track your order in the "Track Order" section on the homepage of the website.

Can I change my order? We can only change orders that havent been processed for shipping yet. If your order status is "preparing for shipping", "shipping", or "delivered", we can no longer accept any changes. Please contact support through email if you need assistance before this stage.

Where do you ship? We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept payment via debit or credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in? All transactions are processed in USD. If your credit/debit card uses a different currency, the corresponding conversion rate will be applied by your bank.

 

  1. Shipping

How long does it take to ship my order? After placing your order, it typically takes 24 to 48 hours for processing. Shipping times are as follows:

  • United States: 7-14 working days
  • Canada: 7-14 working days
  • Australia: 7-14 working days

What if I'm not home when my order arrives? If youre not home, the delivery will be attempted the following day, or the delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. You may also be asked to collect your package from your local post office.

 

  1. Returns

Do you accept returns? Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased from our online store
  • The item hasnt been used
  • The return request is made within 28 days of delivery
  • The return is completed within 14 days of the request

We do not accept returns for items that:

  • Deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiry date
  • Are unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons and were unsealed
  • Are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Can I exchange an item? Yes, exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns. Please mention in your return request if you would like an exchange, and we will assist you with the process.

Are returns free? Yes, returns are free. Please refer to the delivery paper within your package to arrange your return. For more details, feel free to contact us by email.

How long does it take to process a return? Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse. Once accepted, any reimbursement, exchange, or credit will be issued within 14 days.

Do you have physical stores? Currently, we do not have any physical stores under our brand name.

Is there a warranty on your products? We guarantee that our products are free from defects. If you receive a defective item, please contact us for a return or exchange under the conditions outlined in the Returns section.
