Return and Refunds policy

At PALOMA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for processing the return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at onlineshop.paloma@outlook.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

 

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Exchanges

To ensure you get the item you want, the quickest solution is to return the original item. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, no questions asked. As with our standard returns policy, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for processing.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
