Returns Policy
At PALOMA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, our standard returns policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept returns after the 30-day period. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process all returns.
To initiate a return, please contact us at onlineshop.paloma@outlook.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions
While we aim to accommodate returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, swimwear, underwear, duvets)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (for safety reasons)
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. Once your return is processed and approved, you can proceed with purchasing the replacement item. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If you are ordering from the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may return or cancel your order within 14 days, no questions asked, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that while we will promptly process the refund, your bank or credit card company may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
